what you need

80g (30z) Softened Butter
| | 2 Garlic Cloves
| | 1 French Stick
| | Salt and Pepper
| | Heat oven to 200C, 400F or Gas Mark 6 |

what to do:
1. Beat the butter in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
2. Using a garlic crusher crush the garlic into the bowl.
3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Slice the bread in half lengthways and spread the garlic butter on both the cut sides of the bread.
5. Put both halves of the bread together and wrap tightly in kitchen foil.
6. Place on a baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
7. Wear oven gloves to take the tray out the oven and remove the foil wrapped bread.
8. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
